It has a long terrace that overlooks a pedestrian avenue and overlooks the city, the river and the beautiful park of Cristina Enea which can be accessed through the Mikel Laboa bridge which is 5 minutes from the apartment. At the other end of the park is the Cultural Center Tabakalera, a must if you are interested in art and culture.
The neighborhood
The apartment is located in the Riberas de Loiola neighborhood, between the Amara Berri and Loiola neighborhoods, along the Urumea riverbank that divides San Sebastián. Young, fresh and modern are the three adjectives that describe one of the newest residential areas of the city. Located on the banks of the Urumea River, it welcomes one of the most modern architectures in the city. The Parish of the Iesu.
The proximity to the center and the entrance of the city, make this area the ideal place to stay.
You can enjoy the tranquility of a neighborhood a few meters from the city center. A residential area that will allow you to make the most of the day and rest at night.
After visiting Riberas de Loiola, return to the city center along the promenade next to the Urumea. The trees that wrap all the way to the sea, and the Parisian style of the buildings that surround it, with its landscaped courtyards, make this place one of the most pleasant for walking or sports.
And, along the way, enjoy the architectural style of the 6 bridges. Some more modern and others more classic, but each with its own character.
From the avant-garde Puente de la Real Sociedad, to the iconic Kursaal Bridge, you will pass by one of the most emblematic places in the city such as Tabakalera, the Hotel Maria Cristina or the North Station. It is a walk of only 2 km that will not leave you indifferent.
