The Txindoki apartment is located in the heart of the city near the San Martín Market and the Buen Pastor Cathedral.
It is a spacious apartment recently renovated. It has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with shower. The first room has a 1’80 bed, the second a 1’35 bed and the third and last one a 1’05 bed.
The common area has a new and fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a living area with a large sofa and good spaces for a perfect stay. It has a crescent-shaped viewpoint ideal for reading or having breakfast with views of Calle San Marcial, one of the most popular streets in the city.
The neighborhood
San Marcial Street is located in the center of San Sebastian, very close to the San Martin market, fabulous for its quality of commerce and shops. La Concha beach is less than five minutes away on foot and Zurriola beach in Gros is 10 minutes away.
Tradition and modernity are brought together in one of the most special areas of the city. This neighborhood called Centro is located in the heart of the city, in a very elegant area with traditional buildings. It is delimited by the Urumea river to the east and the beach of La Concha to the west.
Miraconcha is a wide pedestrian esplanade that surrounds the beach, adorned with tamarinds and the famous emblem railing of the city, which arrives after 2.5 km to Ondarreta beach and at the end to the sculpture Peine del Viento by sculptor Chillida. In this area of San Sebastian you can find most of the shops, local markets and historical monuments and you can visit the Town Hall, the Victoria Eugenia Theater or one of the jewels of Donostia: the Buen Pastor Cathedral.
In addition, the streets surrounding the apartment are known for their cuisine with many quality local restaurants and pintxos bars.
