It is located in the Amara neighborhood that borders the Center, which makes it very well located since it is 15 minutes from Playa de la Concha.
Right next to the apartment there are very good grocery stores and other shops.
The neighborhood
Following the course of the Urumea River, you will enter the neighbourhood of Amara. This is one of largest neighbourhoods in the city where you can distance yourself from the tourist hustle and soak up the real atmosphere of Donostia.
Amara is a neighbourhood which has many places to stroll around in and parks to relax in. One of the most pleasant parts of the neighbourhood is the path that runs next to the Urumea River. Walk along the river bank under the trees until you get to the Plaza Easo where you can sit and rest in the shade or have a quick drink in any of the terraces surrounding this area. It is not unusual to spot an interesting local occurrence. After all, this is an extremely atmospheric area.
Following the same street you reach the Center, a very elegant area with traditional buildings that accompany the beach of La Concha. In this area of San Sebastián you can find most of the shops, local markets and historical monuments and you can visit the Town Hall, the Victoria Eugenia Theater or the Buen Pastor Cathedral. In addition, the streets surrounding the apartment are known for their cuisine with many quality local restaurants and pintxos bars.
