Bright apartment in front of the Zurriola Beach.
It is located in Sagües, at the end of the Gros neighborhood, at the foot of Mount Ulia and less than 1 km from the historic center.
The accommodation has a bright, functional and very cozy decoration. It is ideal for couples and small families, especially if they like the beach and surfing.
It has two pleasant bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower and a living room with a flat-screen TV. It has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and microwave.
It includes a balcony with fantastic sea views from where you can watch the sunset all year round.
The neighborhood
The Gros neighborhood is located in the eastern part of San Sebastián, delimited by Mount Ulia, the Urumea river and Zurriola beach, especially known by surfers and for hosting the Kursaal Auditorium on its promenade, where congresses, concerts, operas and all kinds of events throughout the year. In September it hosts the International Film Festival in which numerous film stars participate.
In the area of the beach there are massive free concerts that are part of the programming of the Jazz Festival or the Semana Grande of the city among others. The neighborhood has gone from being fundamentally industrial to one of services where diversified commerce predominates. It is currently one of the liveliest neighborhoods in the city with areas such as Sagües with its many terraces overlooking the sea from where you can watch the sunset or Zabaleta street and its surroundings full of bars and restaurants where you can eat pintxos and enjoy its atmosphere, especially on Thursday afternoons.
You can also access Mount Ulia through various trails on 30-60 minute excursions or by road and discover the beautiful views of the city from a different point than usual and surrounded by nature. The beach also offers the opportunity to practice water sports, volleyball, soccer, etc.
