Located on the sixth floor of a building with an elevator, the Balmoral apartment, at Urbieta 62, is the ideal apartment for those looking for spaciousness, tranquility and comfort. With an area of 77 square meters, it is a completely renovated apartment that offers all kinds of comforts.
The dining room is a large open and bright space, decorated in light tones. In the lounge area we find three areas that coexist in the same space. The sofa with a large flat screen television, a large dining table and a separate kitchen, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and complete kitchenware.
The Balmoral apartment has 2 bedrooms, two complete bathrooms equipped with a shower and a third room that can function as an office or as an additional living room, with a television so that it can serve as an additional rest area. The main room has a large 160 cm double bed. The second bedroom offers two 90 cm single beds. Both rooms are very quiet and allow rest.

The neighborhood
Urbieta Street is located in the heart of San Sebastián, near the San Martín market, fabulous for its quality of commerce and shops. La Concha beach is about 10 minutes walk away and Zurriola beach in Gros is 20 minutes away.
Tradition and modernity are brought together in one of the most special areas of the city. This neighborhood called Centro is located in the heart of the city, in a very elegant area with traditional buildings. It is delimited by the Urumea river to the east and the beach of La Concha to the west.
Miraconcha is a wide pedestrian esplanade that surrounds the beach, adorned with tamarind trees and the famous emblem railing of the city, which reaches after 2.5 km to Ondarreta beach. In this area of San Sebastián you will find most of the shops, local markets and historical monuments.
Furthermore, the streets surrounding the apartment are known for their gastronomy with many quality local restaurants and pintxo bars.
